The problem

A crypto trader came to us to scale a personal Telegram channel toward monetization — courses, signals and info products.

The channel already had content, but growth had stalled: slow audience gains, an unstable flow of new subscribers, and expensive, unpredictable traffic sources. The content — market breakdowns, basic education, free materials — was there; scalable traffic wasn't. The goal: bring in a large volume of targeted subscribers at a reasonable cost and prepare the audience to buy.

What we did

We built a short "creative → Telegram channel" funnel and scaled only the setups that kept cost per subscriber within KPI.

  • Inputs. Niche: crypto / trading. Source: Facebook and Instagram. Geo: Tier-1 and Tier-2, broad reach. Budget: $30,000. Target: 20,000+ subscribers at $1–1.5.
  • A funnel with no extra steps. Ads led straight to the Telegram channel: minimal friction, fast decision, maximum conversion to subscribe.
  • Warm-up inside the channel. Regular analysis, case results, educational posts and free guides kept the audience engaged and built trust in the expert.
  • Result-focused creatives. Emphasis on an easy entry into crypto and real results, with a FOMO angle. No jargon, no hype-guru promises. Direct messaging: "grab free signals", "start learning crypto from scratch".
  • Launch and optimization. We tested multiple formats (UGC, stories, static, video), cut weak setups, scaled only those within the cost-per-subscriber KPI, and refreshed creatives to avoid fatigue.

The focus was on stability and audience quality, not volume at any cost.

What happened

The campaign brought 25,000 subscribers (including organic overflow) at an average paid cost of $1.4 on a $30,000 budget.

  • Subscribers: 25,000, including overflow after we paused spend.
  • Cost per paid subscriber: $1.4, within the $1–1.5 target.
  • Audience quality: high engagement, rising in-channel views, and real trust in the expert.

The audience wasn't inflated — it was ready to buy. After the campaign the client launched course and private-product sales and continued working with us to scale.

The result came not from traffic alone but from strong content inside the channel — without warm-up, a cheap subscriber never becomes a buyer.

A webcam studio network with no physical offices needed candidates at volume, not cheap clicks. We dropped Meta lead forms for a Telegram bot funnel that explains the job before the application: 1,000+ applications on a $1,000 budget, 80% of them matching the studio's requirements.

The client needed volume, not cheap clicks: in hiring, only a minority of applicants reach a final interview and fewer still start work. Five months and $15,000 of spend produced 3,848 applications at $3.90 — Meta lead forms, broad targeting, static creative on a fast rotation.
