The problem
A legalization services provider in Europe needed a steady flow of clients from Meta Ads and a clear answer on which funnel paid off best.
The client's audience speaks different languages, and the niche attracts many unqualified inquiries: people who "just want to ask", never answer the manager and never pay. The ads had to bring not just messages, but people ready to pay for the service.
What we did
We launched ads in two languages, tested two funnels and moved the budget to the one with the better return.
Two languages from day one. The client knew their audience well, so we launched in English and Ukrainian right away.
Lead handling agreed before launch. We aligned with the sales team on how and how fast leads would be processed — in this niche it matters as much as the ads.
Creatives: Reels and static. Focused on outcomes and timelines — the key questions for anyone going through paperwork.
Funnel 1 — the client's Instagram. We repackaged the profile, recorded 10 Reels for different services and promoted them continuously on small budgets. Followers received a lead magnet and moved to Direct, where a manager took over.
Funnel 2 — quiz. Users answered questions about their situation and messaged a manager at the end. The quiz filtered out unqualified users and casual browsers before they reached sales.
Budget reallocation. We kept both funnels but moved most of the budget to the quiz.
What happened
Over 8 months we spent more than $25,000, and both funnels were profitable: ROMI of +60% for Instagram and +80% for the quiz.
Cost per lead: $0.30 to $4, depending on geo, audience and funnel.
Instagram: not every lead was qualified, but the funnel produced a high volume of conversations. Thanks to the client's strong sales team, revenue exceeded ad spend by 60% — every $1 invested returned $1.60.
Quiz: traffic was more expensive, but revenue exceeded ad spend by 80% — every $1 invested returned $1.80.
And that's before lifetime value: clients who successfully get their documents often come back for further services and recommend the company to friends and acquaintances.
An expensive lead who pays beats a cheap lead who never answers the manager.

A webcam studio network with no physical offices needed candidates at volume, not cheap clicks. We dropped Meta lead forms for a Telegram bot funnel that explains the job before the application: 1,000+ applications on a $1,000 budget, 80% of them matching the studio's requirements.
The client needed volume, not cheap clicks: in hiring, only a minority of applicants reach a final interview and fewer still start work. Five months and $15,000 of spend produced 3,848 applications at $3.90 — Meta lead forms, broad targeting, static creative on a fast rotation.
